My walking practice has been a constant throughout my life. I have solved more problems, shaken off more stress, created more ideas, and lost more weight by walking than through any other practice or habit. It has kept me sane, fit, and healthy. And now science has caught up with what I’ve always believed: walking can improve our decision-making, boost our mood, help combat depression, fuel our creativity, give us more energy than a cup of coffee, and literally add years to our lives.
