I know every relationship has its challenges, but when you add children and or work related responsibilities to the equation - it becomes absolutely necessary to make time for yourself. I remember feeling overwhelmed at times as both a married and single mom with all my required daily tasks before I really understood that I needed to always be first! Life for me is much brighter, and I have more energy now that I’ve fully embraced the concept of centering everything around my personal well-being.
