Born to three generations of educators, Sélima Sefiani is the founder of Institut Diderot and Chilton School, two educational initiatives that apply neuroscience in their training and tutoring services focused on making learning fun. Find them on Instagram:

Chilton School offers education of excellence for ages 3 to 6 years old in the forms of English workshops, interactive learning through games, at-home activities, advice and follow-up with parents. Institut Diderot offers tutoring for ages 10 to 20 years old.
I moderate in participatory forums for maximum audience-speaker connection. In all of this, I take a closer look at definitions of success, connection, and collaboration for individuals, organizations and for our future. My work celebrates kindness, encouragement and collaboration. My childhood in Hong Kong shaped my love and appreciation for cultures and perspectives. This adds value as a Qualitative Researcher, where I dig into stories to find patterns, themes and threads. This superpower serves vibrant community with individuals craving for iterative conversational spaces. My constant effort to learn from individual perspectives and belief systems regenerates my connection to humanity.
