The word “retirement” made no sense to me —I still had plenty of energy, expertise, and desire to contribute, but I also wanted to make room for parts of my life that I never had time to focus on before. I started Judith Kurnick Coaching because I am passionate about offering people the help I wish I had received when I was facing questions about life after 60. I saw that personal coaching would allow me to provide both useful information and structured support to assist other professionals in creating their own road maps to a rich and fulfilling next chapter.
Having been coached through my own major transitions —from starting over after divorce, to moving across the country for a challenging new job —I know firsthand that an empathetic and knowledgeable coach takes you from just thinking about what you want to making great things happen. And you can do it from anywhere!
By the end of this chat, you will learn:
1. The difference between a pivot and a reset, and how to decide which you need.
2 The factors that are especially important to consider if you are over 50, and why.
3. Two steps you can take now to start redefining your identity.
